Using your breath as the uniting thread, you’ll move through a blend of strength-building standing postures and balances while strategically opening physical depots of tension, like the lower and middle back, and the pelvis and hip flexors.

This practice, which moves on a classical Mysore-style Ashtanga cadence, will introduce foundational arm balances and inversions.
