About This Lesson

In this once-a-week master class students learn to mindfully defy gravity and their own preconceptions about the limits of their body and practice.

Each week targeted flows and strength drills will articulate strength and mobility to take flight in increasingly advanced arm balances and inversions from the second and third series of the Ashtanga Yoga system.

Students of all levels are welcome, but an appreciation of basic vinyasa is strongly encouraged.
