About This Lesson

A practice designed to help you cultivate your edge, you’ll float through progressional sequencing that employs arm balances and inversions as exiting vinyasas. Each class is designed to strengthen your core, as it facilitates every asana, to deepen your backbend, and to open your hips and hamstrings. Students are encouraged to make the practice their own, modifying or intensifying as their body demands, but it is encouraged that you have at least a foundational appreciation for the standing postures and basic arm balances.
